4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw from the bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 Weekly Reload Festival

The bb88 apps Weekly Reload Festival offers a 20% deposit bonus once per week, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount and the minimum deposit is ৳200.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed on one account, on one device or from one IP address.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated.
• bb88 apps reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Accounts may be restricted in cases of bonus abuse.

bb88 apps offers various types of games including slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting. Each game has specific rules that are displayed within the game interface.

5.1 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during a game, bb88 apps will determine the outcome of that round based on the game provider's server logs. In such cases, the decision of bb88 apps is final.

5.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum amounts for each game or bet are set according to the game rules. bb88 apps reserves the right to change the betting limits of any account under special circumstances. Incorrectly placed bets may be cancelled.

5.3 Cheating and Misconduct

Any form of cheating, gaining an advantage through software, using bots, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of a game is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

bb88 apps believes that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems. For this reason we place the highest importance on responsible gaming. To keep your playing habits in check, please read our Responsible Gambling Guide and seek help if needed.

• Always bet within your means — do not increase your bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
• Avoid gambling if you are under the influence of alcohol or under emotional stress.
• If needed, contact the support team to set deposit limits or self-exclusion.
• Gambling is prohibited for anyone under the age of 21.

bb88 apps is committed to protecting minors. If any member of your household is underage, please take care to ensure they cannot access your account.
